How do I sign up?
All registration is done online. Click on the Registration icon and fill out the application form. Then click on the payment method and follow the prompt. (We also take checks or cash and you can call to drop off your payment) Upon completion of application and payment you will receive your notification to set your pre-evaluation date.

What happens at Pre and Post Camp evaluations?
Answer any questions you may have. Take a quick medical history statement. Take some body measurements to determine goals/results. We measure body fat both before and after the camp. The information obtained will NOT be shared with anyone except your fitness instructor (Alisha Ramirez) and yourself. All information is considered private and will be considered confidential. You will then receive a Cardiff- Workout by the Sea Women’s Fitness Boot Camp Information Packet to Guide you through the next 4 weeks.

What is the difference between 5 day and 3 day camp?
3 days a week consist of MWF unless something else has been worked out with Alisha. 5 days a week is MTWTHF.

Where is the camp?
Cardiff- Workout by the Sea camp is located in Cardiff at Glen Park. EXCEPT for days that are noted in the information packet.

What do I need to bring?
All camp participants are required to bring their own set of 3-9lb. hand weights (these can be found at our Cardiff Shop or at any local sporting good store) and an exercise mat (preferably slightly padded, which can also be found at our Cardiff Shop). Water is a must. We will do our best to keep you hydrated, but bringing a water bottle that you prefer is best.

What to wear?
Summer weather attire includes: shorts or loose workout capri’s; shirt; sportsbra; sports hat (if you want); sunscreen; good pair of running shoes; dry-fit socks (once you try them you will love them, also at Cardiff Shop)

How do I prepare for camp?
There is no need to go out and try to get in shape before the camp. This camp is for all levels from beginners to advanced. Just simply show up on time everyday and we will take care of the rest.
How does the Refund Policy work?
If you need to cancel your camp enrollment the following must occur. In order to receive a refund you must contact Alisha prior to the start of camp or before the camp is full. There must be valid reason. You will be charged a $45.00 dollar cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel after the camp has begun you will be given a credit towards another Women’s Fitness Boot Camp. The credits are nontransferable and there is no cash refund. This is non negotiable.

When does it start and end?
See the Calendar page for dates and time. Generally camps are 4-weeks on 1-week off. Sessions are held for 1 hour in the morning, broken into two camps. See Calendar page for exact times of each camp.

What happens at the end of camp?
Post evaluations are done to chart your success. We usually take one week off for some R&R and continue to progress through the next camp. We hope and see that campers return for future camp so that they can continue to take large steps to continuing their personal fitness and health goals. The Calendar page can show you the time table so that you can register in advance and plan ahead.
Once you see the effectiveness of the camp you will want to continue to maximize your time and results.
